New Father Time

Perched high up on Melbourne's iconic Cricket Ground - the MCG - this wind vane (probably) represents an Aussie cricketer smashing another hapless English bowler over the boundary. And it must be a Test match, as he's in all-whites as opposed to the garish pyjamas often worn for one-day thrashathons. Unlike the rather leaden Old Father Time at Lords Cricket Ground, this slightly more primitive sculpture is often seen against a stunning deep blue sky.
