Manhole Cover with style

French Manhole Covers. Many of them bear the brand name PAM (Pont-a-Mousson) with its distinctive bridge trade mark. As seen in this street in Pezenas, Languedoc, a wave pattern forms one of the more distinctive designs of the PAM foundry, with the words Fonte Ductile just above the Open / Close arrows. Who knew they could be so interesting..!?
